March Break Camp

July 6-10 — Superhero Academy

Calling all young heroes! Campers will train like superheroes through exciting missions, outdoor challenges, creative projects, and teamwork games inspired by their favorite characters. All activities take place in French, with a special Friday showcase for parents.

July 13-17 — Wild Weather Explorers

Get ready to chase storms, discover volcanoes, explore tornadoes, and uncover the power of nature! Through hands-on experiments, themed sports games, treasure hunts, and fun French activities, children will become true weather explorers and present their discoveries at the end of the week.

July 20-24 — French Globe Trotters

Pack your passport for a trip around the French-speaking world! Each day, campers will discover new countries, cultures, traditions, and landmarks through games, crafts, outdoor adventures, and engaging French activities. Parents are invited to our Friday travel presentation.

July 27-31 — Canadian Wildlife Rangers

From moose to polar bears, beavers to wolves, children will explore the amazing animals of Canada through ranger missions, scavenger hunts, sports challenges, and creative nature projects. A week full of French fun, outdoor exploration, and wildlife discovery!

August 3-7 — Galactic Explorers

Blast off into space for an unforgettable cosmic adventure! Campers will journey through the planets, stars, rockets, astronauts, and mysteries of the universe through themed games, sports missions, crafts, and French learning activities before sharing their space discoveries with parents.

August 10-14 — Great Canadian Adventure

Travel from coast to coast across Canada! Children will explore provinces, famous landmarks, French-speaking regions, and fun pieces of Canadian history through hands-on projects, outdoor games, themed challenges, and exciting French activities all week long.

August 17-21 — Game Masters Academy

Get ready for the ultimate week of strategy, teamwork, sports, and nonstop fun! Campers will take on board games, outdoor tournaments, puzzle missions, relay races, and exciting team challenges designed to build confidence, communication, and quick thinking — all while playing and interacting in French.

August 24-28 — Back-to-School Confidence Camp

Get ready to head back to school feeling proud, prepared, and confident! Through playful French review, handwriting refreshers, team challenges, creative projects, speaking activities, and a fun end-of-week mini showcase, campers will rebuild routines, strengthen important skills, and boost confidence for a successful new school year.

Authorization for the Administration of Medication

I understand that I have requested Languissimo® camp staff to help administer my child’s medication during camp hours. I understand that camp staff will be made aware of my child’s condition to allow for better support. Camp staff will do their best to ensure that proper procedures are followed.

Should there be a change in my child’s medication during camp week, I am responsible for letting the camp staff know by providing a written medication information note.

Assumption of Risk, Consent & Liability

In consideration of my child's participation in the Summer camps 2026 offered by Languissimo®, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgment of Risks:

I acknowledge that participating in the Summer camps 2026 involves physical activities, including but not limited to running, jumping, climbing, and balancing, as well as other structured recreational and educational activities. I understand that while every effort will be made to create a safe and supportive environment, there is always a possibility of injury or unforeseen circumstances.

Medical Clearance:

I certify that my child is in good physical and mental health and is capable of participating in the Summer camps 2026. If my child has any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare professional and obtained their clearance for participation.

Supervision:

I understand that my child will be under the supervision of qualified Languissimo® instructors and staff during Summer camps 2026. I agree to inform the instructors of any special considerations or conditions that may affect my child's participation.

Code of Conduct & Dismissal Policy:

I acknowledge that all children attending Summer camps 2026 are expected to follow the camp's behavior guidelines. Any child who engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to the use of inappropriate language, physical aggression, bullying, or actions that cause harm to other campers or staff, may be immediately dismissed from the program without warning.

Release of Liability:

In consideration of my child's participation in Summer camps 2026, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Languissimo®, its instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damage that my child may sustain while participating in the camp.

Emergency Medical Care:

I authorize Languissimo® and its representatives to seek emergency medical care or treatment for my child in the event of an injury or medical emergency. I understand that Languissimo® will make reasonable efforts to contact me or the emergency contact person listed, but I consent to medical treatment being administered if deemed necessary by medical professionals.

Photography:

I allow Languissimo® to share photos or videos of my child participating in the program for promotional purposes. Please send an e-mail to info@languissimo.ca to request otherwise.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this liability waiver and refund policy, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. I also affirm that I am the legal guardian or parent of the child participating in Summer camps 2026.

Languissimo® Summer camps 2026 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations made on or before June 19, 2026:
A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee. Please send us an email to camp@languissimo.ca with your child’s full name.

Cancellations made after June 19, 2026:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel changes, or schedule conflicts.

Languissimo® reserves the right to cancel a camp due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment or instructor illness). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — this policy helps us plan and staff our programs effectively for all participants.
